Watson’s Tinting was founded in 1996 and is based in Santa Cruz, California. We are a licensed contractor (California License #947686) specializing in professional window film consulting and installation throughout California and the Western United States.

For nearly 30 years, we have built a strong reputation for high-quality workmanship, especially on projects where performance, safety, and attention to detail matter most.

The company is led by CEO and Qualifying Contractor Gordon Watson. His hands-on leadership and technical expertise help us solve complex window film challenges with professionalism and integrity. In addition to his work in the industry, Gordon served for 23 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic/Engineer with the Central Fire District of Santa Cruz County.
